Terms and Conditions for Kavery Estate Stay

1. Reservation and Payment

All reservations must be made in advance through the Kavery Estate Stay website or authorized booking platforms.
A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due upon arrival unless specified otherwise.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is 2:00 PM; check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for their behavior during their stay. Any damage to the property or its contents may result in additional charges.
Kavery Estate Stay reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund for any guest exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

5. Pets and Smoking

Pets are not permitted on the premises unless prior arrangements have been made.
Smoking is not allowed inside the homestay. Designated smoking areas are provided.

6. Liability

Kavery Estate Stay is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay.
Guests are advised to secure their valuables.

7. Changes to Terms

Kavery Estate Stay reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and it is the guest's responsibility to review them before making a reservation.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from them will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Coorg.
